- Among various UG courses, TNUA distance education admissions are for BSc, B-Tech, and BS, which are provided in subjects of agriculture, horticulture, sericulture, Agri-Business management, and so on. On the PG scale, it provides an MSc degree program for a duration of two years within the mentioned fields.
- Courses of the UG category are provided through eligibility criteria depending on marks of students secured in the final exam of 10+2 from a known board or institute.
- It is also included in the admission criteria of PG courses that students must have secured marks of more than 50% in the final exam of bachelor for selection.
- There is a fee of INR 600/- for General and INR 300 for reserved candidates.

TNAU distance education offers diploma courses in various specializations, such as Farm Technology, Horticultural Technologies, Quality Control in Agri-Warehousing, and Herbal Science. The duration of all diploma courses offered by TNAU distance education is one year and the course fee per semester is Rs 10,000/-. The medium of instruction is in the Tamil language & the minimum eligibility needed is a 10+2 passing certificate.
TNAU Distance Education PG Diploma Admission?
In addition to Diploma courses, the University also offers Postgraduate Diploma courses that specialize in agriculture-related fields such as Tea Plantation Management, Sugarcane Technology, Organic Agriculture, Food Biotechnology & a host of other fields.
To be eligible for admission to the program, candidates are required to hold a bachelor’s degree in any field of study. All TNAU distance education Post Graduate Diploma courses have a duration of one year, and their average course fee is Rs 13,000/- per semester.

TNAU Distance Education offers many certificate courses with bright career scopes. Those students who wish to apply must have to 10th pass and be 18 years of age. The minimum course duration is 6 months. the approx for all courses is Rs 2500.
