Students can register for the following courses through the website: BTech, BBA, BSc Nursing, BA Media & Communications, BPharm/PharmD, and Integrated MSc.

The admission process will be based on the merit of the last graduate degree except for SMU MBA admission based on the SMAT entrance examination. The SMU admission committee will use marks from this qualifying examination to make the cut-off list.

Registration fees: The university announced that students must pay an enrollment fee. Check the enrollment fee of the course you are applying for from the university’s official website: SMU. 

The enrollment fee must be paid online only; the university will not accept offline payments. Students can use credit, debit, or any form of net banking.

Sikkim Manipal University is not offering any distance course to students for admission. Currently, the University provides regular as well as online programs. The courses are all in the area of Information Technology and Management. Every candidate at SMU must meet a specific level of qualification according to the criteria for admission. The University always accepts Applications via an online portal and prefers Online Applications.  

• The most common graduation degree provided by Sikkim Manipal University is BSc (IT), BCA, and BBA. Where as regular degrees in the PG category are offered for MSc (IT), MCA, and MBA.
• Admissions are based on conditions of merit and these are equal for all candidates. Every UG program is offered to a candidate who has already completed a 12th standard qualification with an aggregate 50% score.
• Anyone applying for PG courses is selected if they have a UG Qualification with a 50% score in aggregate.
• For each course, a separate application form will be submitted by paying a fee of INR 350.

There are no distance learning courses offered by Sikkim Manipal University for admission. 

Sikkim Manipal University UG Admission

The university offers various UG courses for admission every year. Generally, the minimum duration required to complete the course is 3 years. Students who fall in the eligibility criteria will be allowed to apply for admission. Some of the courses are BSc, BBA, BCom, BA, BCA, etc. 12th passed students can apply for admission at Sikkim Manipal university for UG courses.

BBA

Bachelor’s degrees in business administration are earned at the undergraduate level. Students will learn how to run businesses efficiently and improve their entrepreneurship skills in this course. Students may have completed intermediate courses from any stream. A student’s previous academic performance is taken into consideration when selecting them for admission to the university.

BCA

Bachelor of Computer Application is the full form of BCA. It is a UG degree offered by Sikkim Manipal University. Students who want to learn about computer applications at an advanced level can apply for admission.  After passing the 12th class with maths as a compulsory subject along with the science stream are eligible to apply. The minimum duration required to complete the course is 3 years.

Sikkim Manipal University PG Admission

The institution is currently providing a variety of postgraduate degree programmes. At Sikkim Manipal University, the MA, MSc, MCom, MBA, and MCA programmes are among the most sought-after postgraduate degrees. In order to be considered for admission to a PG degree programme, prospective students are required to hold a bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline. Sikkim Manipal University learning MBA
