Jadavpur University Distance Education?: As per UGC guidelines and notification, Jadavpur University does not offer any distance learning courses. The University is located in Kolkata, West Bengal and was founded in 1955.  There are currently two campuses, one in Salt Lake and one in Jadavpur, each covering 58 acres and located in a different part of the city.

Graduate, undergraduate, and doctoral degrees are all available at Jadavpur University. The admissions procedure will take place on the Jadavpur University website. Pharmacy, engineering, and architectural disciplines are among the many that the university provides. The next academic session’s normal course admissions will soon begin.

Jadavpur University Distance Admission?

Jadavpur University will soon start admissions for multiple regular programs. These include courses at the PG levels degree and Diploma courses, and all admissions will be for regular courses.

Jadavpur University will be conducting the admissions in a merit-based manner where students will be evaluated on their previous degrees and not on the entrance exam. Applications to the University can only be made online just by opening the application portal of the website.

• The average aggregate score of 50% should have been obtained by an aspirant to be enrolled in PG programs after getting a degree of bachelors.
• Submission will be made with an application DD.

Jadavpur University B.Ed Admission 2023

Jadavpur University offers a 2-year B.Ed program. Admission to this program is based on the candidate’s performance in their last examinations. The eligibility criteria for admission to this program is students must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. The application form fee for admission is INR 1000 for the general category and INR 500 for SC/ST/PWD category candidates.

Jadavpur University MA in Environment & Development

Jadavpur University offers a Master of the program with various specializations in regular mode. To apply admission for to this program, candidates must have cleared their bachelor’s degree in any stream, preferably in Environment and Development Specialization. The course duration is 2 years to 4 years at Jadavpur University. Students can apply at the official portal and check all the details here.

Jadavpur University PG Diploma Admission

• Specializations are available in Multimedia and Web Technology, Risk Management, and Financial Engineering.
• The aspirants must have done their bachelor’s with 45% scores.

Jadavpur University MBA Admission

MBA is a professional program that is offered after graduation. It can be pursued by any student who has finished a bachelor’s in any subject from a recognized university. The MBA course can be completed in various specializations like finance, marketing, HR, etc. The fee structure differs across universities.
